The Student Association Huskie Bus
System is funded by NIU student fees and farebox revenues. All bus
system routes and policies are established by the Student Association

STUDENT IDENTIFICATION CARD POLICY |
|
1. All passengers entering the Huskie
Buses are required to display an NIU OneCard or put
the fare into the fare box. This rule applies to the Route 2 and Route 7 only.
NO OTHER FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION
WILL BE ACCEPTED. |

2. A student class
schedule WILL NOT be accepted in lieu of a student
identification card. |
|
3. Drivers shall insure that a student
NIU OneCard is displayed by each person entering the bus. Anyone
failing to display their card will be instructed to deposit the
appropriate fare in the fare box or leave the bus. A failure to comply
will result in the Huskie Line
supervisor being called, and if necessary the University Police will be
contacted. |
